The Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (PPPA) has a clear goal:


To implement public policy that favors and promotes the establishment of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to carry out projects, that accelerate the renewal of infrastructure and the provision of quality services. This public policy aims to improve Government functions and promote economic development and the competitiveness of Puerto Rico.


PPPA is committed to promoting transparency in its procedures. Thus, www.p3.gov.pr will be the main conduct for disseminating information regarding PPP projects in Puerto Rico, requests for qualifications, requests for proposals and the final award of projects, among other procedures.

In this webpage you will find information about the Authority’s functions, and learn about specific projects, procedures and guidelines necessary to establish PPPs in Puerto Rico, among other relevant information. The PPPA is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing advisory services to the Authority. The Authority is interested in formulating a diverse pool of advisors that will assist the Authority in meeting its goals with respect to the establishment of public-private partnerships in Puerto Rico.  Firms of any size are encouraged to respond.
