Update on Qualifications Process
The P3 Authority has made significant progress in the evaluation of the statements of qualifications (SOQs) submitted by Prospective Proponents in response to the “Request for Qualifications to Acquire a Concession to Finance, Operate and Maintain Toll Roads in Puerto Rico” and the “Request for Qualifications for the Implementation of Advanced Technologies for the Reduction of Non-Revenue Water for Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority”. The Authority expects to reach and approve a shortlist of Proponents for both projects by mid September.
