The Public-Private Partnerships Authority in collaboration with the Department of Civil Engineering of the Mayagüez Campus of the University of Puerto Rico (UPRM) have began a series of research newsletter regarding infrastructure investment and innovative delivery methods such as public-private partnerships. The objective is to provide the public with valuable information regarding the importance of infrastructure investment for economic development, enhance general understanding about different infrastructure delivery methods and the potential benefits of public-private partnerships.
