The Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority is the governing body of the PPPA. The Board will be constituted by five (5) members:

the President of the Government Development Bank

the Secretary of the Treasury

the President of the Planning Board

two (2) persons in representation of the public interest

 

The public interest representatives shall be recommended by the Presiding Officers of the Legislative Bodies and selected by the Governor.

 

The Chair of the Board shall be GDB President. The Board shall select a Vice Chair and a Secretary from among its members.
